WinDNA provides preventive genomics, microbiome diagnostics, counselling and personalised wellness guidance. Our reports and content are intended for education, early risk understanding and lifestyle optimisation.

Not a medical diagnosis

WinDNA services do not diagnose, treat or cure any disease and are not a substitute for professional medical advice. Please consult a qualified healthcare provider for any medical decision.

Intellectual property

All content, branding and materials on this site belong to WinDNA Life Sciences Private Limited and may not be reproduced without permission.

Personal data and privacy

Your personal, health and genetic data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Samples are shared with partner laboratories under barcode only, data is stored in India, and you may withdraw consent or exercise your rights at any time.

Grievance redressal

For any complaint about our services, your order, or the handling of your personal data, please contact our Grievance Officer. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 30 days.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
